In 2024 Redcap Productions partnered with the Northern Ireland Kidney Research Fund (NIKRF) and Queen’s University Belfast to produce a nine-part educational video series aimed at patients diagnosed with kidney failure.
This innovative project leveraged Redcap Productions’ expertise in project development, collaboration, and effective video production to create engaging and informative content that empowers patients and their families.
The video series covered a range of topics, including:
- Understanding Kidney Disease
- Dialysis Treatment Options
- Kidney Transplantation
- Diet and Nutrition
- Mental Health and Well-being
- Exercise and Physical Activity
- Medication Management
- Financial Considerations
- Support Services and Resources
Through close collaboration with healthcare professionals from Belfast City Hospital, Redcap Productions ensured that the video series was accurate, up-to-date, and easy to comprehend.
